"BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I brought my 2020 vehicle in when the check engine light came on. The code was reading that it was a hood latch malfunction (I've only ever gotten my service done at Bill Kay so the issue was more than likely caused by them). For them to look at the code and inspect the latch cost me $190 (maybe 20 minutes of work). To fix it would have cost $400. This part costs $40! The labor costs at this dealership are INSANE. Not to mention, I signed a sheet saying that I wanted to be notified if service was going to be more than $150. The service manager told me it was “$190” and that they would hold my vehicle if I refused to pay the extra $40. This place is a SCAM. I have since gotten multiple estimates from other places, total job with labor… $150-200. SAVE YOUR MONEY SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE. I will never bring either of my Chevrolets here ever again."
