About 20 minutes later I receive a phone call pretty much saying “we got your email and are still processing your order, I just wanted to give you a call since that could take a little longer to discuss our options on shipping” Unbelievable customer service already. I’ve never hard a company respond to an email that quick, let alone CALL."

"****BEWARE**** I ordered a carbon fiber roof piece for my car. I inspected the item when it was delivered, and it appeared ok. However, once it was installed on the car, the angle it sat at and the bright sun light exposed a coupe of defects. It will cost $205 to fix the defect, but Wildhammer only offered $105 and refused to replace the $700 item. They stated I should have seen the defects before the item was installed. The only way I would have seen it was to take the item outside on a sunny day and tilt it to the same position it would have been installed on the car. After spending over a $1,000 with this company, I'll never purchase another item from them."
