"I had done my appt 2 weeks ago and placed the order for glasses. I called to check on status and they said they never placed my order because I did not do my contact lenses fitting payment. First thing I went only for glasses ONLY and so they can charge more they did the contact fitting too. I did not even know. I thought the exam they were doing was only glasses. Second when they called to say they just noticed the doctor did the fitting I needed to do the payment via link. They said to do the payment so when I receive glasses I do not have to re-pay. Never did they say that without the payment for contact fitting that I had not even requested would my order for glasses not be made.( I was going to do the payment for contact fitting once I pick up glasses I do not even need contacts) Now I have to wait another 10-15 business days for an order that should have been ready by now."

"I had my first appointment during COVID, and I’m really impressed with how they handle their office. Glad they not only care about their employees but as well as the patients. Doctor was professional, nice. Patients have to call or text to be let in, and by appointment as well. Big screens at optical between patient and employee. Gloves, mask. Will be coming back as needed. I did like their service, glad I came."
