"Called for appointment, verified they took medicare and my supplemental. Got to clinic and sat for 30 minutes past appointment time. Called me to desk and claimed my supplemental wasn't recognized by medicare and asked for $90. When I objected they told me to call medicare. I went to parking lot and called medicare. Medicare informed me that my supplemental was in system and not to pay them any money. When I called them they informed me that they use a system that verify insurance and she wasn't going to argue with me."

"I AM VERY UPSET CUZ THERE DOCTOR OFFICE HAD SUPPOSEDLY MADE MY APPT THAT I NEED TO SEE THE SPECIALIST AND THIS SPECIALIST STILL TELLS ME THERE IS NO APPTS FOR ME... I PAY OUT OF POCKET AND I AM HAVING TROUBLE AND THIS PLACE NEVER SEEMS TO CARE SO I WILL CALL THEM WHEN EVER THEY OPEN TO GET MAD AND TELL THEM ABOUT MY APPT AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT LONGER TO GET MY APPT... GOING TO AMOTHER DOCTOR CUZ THIS ONE DONT DO NOTHING IN THERE DOCTOR OFFICE... NOT EVEN A CALL TO CHECK FOR A REMINDER ABOUT MY APPT"

"Cons: Long wait of over two hours to be told I need pills (antibiotics). Total contact time with medicinal professional was maybe 4 minutes. The PA did not introduce herself with her name. 3 waiting sessions while trying to speak to a doctor. Pros: parking space, comfortable seating, ac was functional."
