"Doctor is very nice and pays attention to concerns. The wait time is very slow, 2 to 3 hours. And the environment is very disgusting. It smells like the sewage has backed up in the entire place. The floors, walls, equipment aere nasty. Tools look outdated. It's very, very dirty inside patient rooms, waiting rooms and restrooms. Looks like they haven't cleaned in years. Nonetheless disinfect things. Health inspector should make a visit."

"Too many new patients. My child is an established patient and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. Wait time is on average 2-3 hours. Doctor and PA spend very little time with patients."

"The wait time is really long about 2-3 hours long. Just to be seen for 5 minutes and not given any useful information. It seems as if it is more about trying to see as many patients for the money than actually caring about the patients."

"I’ve been taking my children here for a while now. It’s a great office. Staff is friendly and Dr’s do take their time examining their patients instead of feeling like a number. The wait can be extensive at times whether walk-in or having an appointment so I can understand how some people may see that negatively but it is a Dr’s office so it’s to be expected. They do try to see as many patients as they can which can be a problem at times because it does cause overcrowding of the waiting area. I have gone in at times where I’ve had to stand since there was no place to sit. I do wish they offered a self checkin through the phone and would allow us to wait in our vehicles and get a text notification when it’s our turn to be seen. I think it would eliminate the overcrowding of people and being so close to one another especially with other sick patients."

"I highly recommend Dr tapangan as a physician!! Literally the best I’ve experienced! Although his front staff at the window , specifically the elderly woman with the short white hair with glasses. Definitely NEEDS some etiquette classes because rudeness is not necessary to someone waiting 2 hrs passed their SCHEDULED appointment time. The elderly lady left out information that would’ve helped with the wait! The younger receptionist was nice and seemed to actually want to help patients. It’s understandable that you may have to wait a tad which has never been an issue with me. I just don’t appreciate our appointment being pushed back behind the walk-ins who were told they would have to wait after those who had appointments. I even arrived 30 min before my appointment. After waiting for over an hour at that point I Was told there were 3 people ahead of us yet after an additional 6 patients and another 45 min later we were finally called. We were seen with the PA which has always been great to my children. He just may have been overwhelmed the day of the appointment which kinda made me feel like my concern was invalid. Overall doctors are GREAT!! Unfortunately staff issues can cause people to go elsewhere."
