"I must say that in my 70 odd years of life, I have had numerous contacts with automotive repair/tire shops. Unfortunately, most of them have been negative for one reason or another. Late yesterday (Sunday), I discovered a screw in my right rear tire. My future son-in-law was at our house and he suggested Belle Tire, as he has had positive contacts with them. Not wanting to pull the screw out and risk a flat in the garage, I went to the Elgin Belle Tire on Monday morning. I walked in at 8:30 am and was greeted by three smiling faces who immediately asked what they could do for me. I explained the situation and they responded, let’s see what we can do. Within minutes ( I was lucky as they weren’t busy yet) my car was in a bay and being looked over. After looking at the location of the screw (worst possible location) I was told what might happen if the tire started leaking when it was removed. To my relief, the technician came out and showed me the screw which was fortunately very short in length and that the tire was not leaking air. I asked what I owed therm and he said “no charge” ! I asked are you sure and replied yes. I must say that this was a very positive interaction with this company and I would not hesitate to go to them in the future with car related issues. Based on my contact with Elgin Belle Tire, I highly recommend them!"

He made me feel valued as a customer and made sure that the service my vehicle needed was done right and completed in a timely manner. "I feel like too often people only go online to complain. These guys deserve all the credit for being great! Woke up with a pretty much flat tire. I went in right at open, no appointment, in a MAJOR pinch on time. My back tire was hissing air. Glen helped me. He literally got his guys together and made it happen. I was out with two new back tires, at a super reasonable great rate in less than 30 minutes. Seriously saved my entire day! Got me to work safe and on time. And alleviated every ounce of stress and anxiety I had about my car. These guys are really amazing!!! Last time I got my tires I went to the Mavis in West Dundee and had a horrible experience. This Belle Tire definitely changed my whole attitude about it. And next time when I get all 4 done I will be going here just because they were truly outstanding! And they really do have the best prices in the area- because I looked EVERYWHERE. Thank you Glen for saving the day and being so understanding and kind!"

"Made an appointment yesterday to get my tire checked out because it had a slow air leak. My service advisor Jose was amazing and had me in and out within about 30 minutes with a quick tire patch. I’ve also purchased a set of tires and installation with them about a year ago and have had a phenomenal experience. Highly recommend!"

"In today, spoke to Glen. Problem was my '23 kona n line tires w 8000 miles developed a light shimmy at highway speeds. Bought tire plan at another local tire store. They balanced both this past winter after I had two flat repairs. I brought back to original place when I originally noticed issue, this shop insisted balanced right. I did not make an issue about it even though it wasnt there before. Figured Glens shop with newer equipment may make a difference, and it DID. One was way off. TY Glen and crew for making a difference! OCT '23 At 2,500 miles our new 2023 Nissan Rogue was drifting a bit..oem/factory settings off and would have started tire wear pretty quick. BELLE got me in and out in an hour with a cost about half of 'stealership'."
