"It's new and just starting out. They had what I needed. But would have been nice. If I needed bearings with the part I bought. I had never worked on said vehicle before. Had to go to another store closer to me for bearings"

"Had a fuel line leak going into my injector rail, the store was closing soon and they were cleaning the floors. Eric and Brian were in closing mode and took the time to come out and explain why I had leaking gas spraying on the engine. They provided the correct part and the next morning before 11am I had my car running. Smart guys that did the extra, I am only getting my parts from there going forward."

"The counter people are very helpful and bilingual. The store very clean and the prices are very typical of an auto parts store. I don't understand why as a newer business, this place does not have more customers. Elgin needs to come out and support new, and old entrepreneurs who are the first ones to give back to the community."

"Sales person was extremely rude to my granddaughter. Because of her upset phone call to me I am leaving this review. I will also tell family and friends about it. Your ads say free battery testing in car or in store. They charged her 20$ to do it and then had the audacity to be rude. Be careful when you’re dealing with customers. You never know what they have been going through and your kindness might make or break their entire day. One bad review about Customerservice can leave your store empty."
