"Wow, my new favorite place to service my cars. First off, the facility is brand new and very comfortable waiting area. Then the staff is amazing! Jason was beyond amicable. One of the services I received was the replacement of my shock absorbers. Unfortunately, one of them came faulty from the factory. I spoke to Jason and we coordinated that I would be bringing it in another day. When I arrived they were already awaiting me to service my car. Again, just wonderful service from all!!"
"My husband went in today to get two rear tires. The appointment was supposed to last 45 minutes and lasted about two hours. I was beyond irritated. Turns out it was not the locations fault but the Goodyear credit card companies fault. Mark and Jason were amazing at assisting my husband with getting the corrections made even with me on the other line being nasty. The customer service at this location goes above and beyond Mark and Jason and the entire staff are stellar people."
