"If there was a zero rating, I would have given this review. Queens used to be a good mechanic. I have been going there for years but there seems to be some sort of ownership change or perhaps the original Queens don't have time for the business at Algonquin anymore. I will not recommend anyone to go there for any work other than tire change. I took my vehicle there and they couldn't diagnose the issue properly. They recommended work that didn't solve the problem and charged for it and on top of it they caused issues that didn't exist when I took my vehicle there. Never again! You take your vehicle there at your own risk and cost."

"Horrible and do not diagnose the real issue first before performing a service , was stuck paying 2x because they told my back brakes bad but that did not fix my break problem, left wires disconnected on my abs and a replacement bolt on my hood."

"Very happy with my service. I had previously taken my car for a flat tire to a previous tire shop and was told it was my rim which I found unlikely. When I Brought my car to this shop in less then half hour they had my car ready and it indeed was my tire. Also the pricing was reasonable and Baltazar in the front was very helpful, professional, and nice. I for will for sure be coming back."
