"Worst pick up and go experiences ever. Several times have had to wait over 20 minutes while we are the only ones in the pickup lanes. Today was the last straw. Waited 15 minutes, called and spoke with Nancy. She said she would call over to the pickup and go and have them come out right away. Called again another 10 minutes later and spoke with a manager and told him I waited for 25 minutes and he sounded like he could care less. I left and told them to cancel and refund the order. Absolutely not a promoter of this stores pickup and go ordering department. Inside the store is fine when we have time to do the shopping ourselves."

"My daughter ordered bday cake for her son 2nd bday party and image of what it was supposed to look like from order book and what the cake looked like for party. I did show photos of cake to bakery cake decorator and no one took responsibility for lack of frosting and design failure. The cake decorator i spoke to agreed that it was not decorated correctly and lack of frosting on cake and coloring was sprayed incorrectly and so forth. She gave me her business card and information to contact her for any cake orders in the future. The cake could not be corrected due to it was being served at party on oct 14, 2018 and cake was ordered oct 11th so no time to have a cake made correctly. This was the worse cake decorating job we have ever had done by jewel. Myself i usually go to Kathy at jewel on hwy 45 and 60 and always does an awesome job and my daughter usually has someone at a different jewel location but decided to order from jewel closer to my home. My daughter has said she will not do business at this bakery again. No, they did not offer any discount on bakery item or show any way to help bring back customer. My advice check up earlier in day to see if your cake is decorated correctly. In hopes they can fix it before the party that is if it is not decorated accordingly to your order."
