"Absolutely love the staff here !!! Theyre also so nice and welcoming and show you new items and deals. They always have doorbusters, clearance, and sales, so i always leave with way more than i planned on. They also have a really good rewards system and credit card, i basically always have a coupon to put towards whatever i find. If you are a grandparent, they even have a special day where you get an extra discount which is really unique."

"I discovered a lot of very cute clothes for children. Particularly infants and toddlers. A big sale was on so the pricing was wonderful. The store was busy but the staff did its best to be attentive to everyone while also managing those checking out. I will definitely be going back."

"Absolutely no customer service. Walked in to pick up an online order, the two associates who were marking clearance items said absolutely nothing to me, did not even acknowledge that I was there. 3 more customers came in after I did and were greeted, asked if they could be helped etc, meanwhile I am standing at the checkout counter waiting to pick up my order. It was not until another customer was trying to pick up her order that anyone even asked if they could help me. All in all I spent about 15 minutes with no help and extremely unfriendly service once I was helped. Will never be back nor recommend this store to others. Would have rather drove the extra few minutes to the Carters store in Chesterfield."

"My kids are #Carters Babies for sure I have a 1 & 2 year old & this is the only place I shop for clothes! I love their sales & I use my rewards I earn so that is additional #Savings! Not only are prices reasonably but their quality is GREAT soft breathable fabrics & no shrinkage when washing! I won't be looking any where else any time soon."
