"I tried to do an even exchange right after Christmas on a pair of boots. Since they were a gift, I didn't have the receipt. I was advised by the customer service desk that without a receipt, I would receive the lowest price from the last 60 days, and then I would have to pay the difference for the new size. I stated again that it was an exchange, not a return. She confirmed their policy again. I left with the boot. The gifter then went later in the week with the receipt to exchange them for me. She got them to exchange them but they had to be ordered. It took about a week, and when the new ones arrived, they were worn and had mud on the bottom. It's a shame, but I will likely choose another retailer to shop at before returning."

"This place has some good prices on their items. They have all things sport and sport related from basketballs, to football gear, from pool tables to ping pong tables. Shoes, clothes, outdoor games, and gear like grilling and hunting. Just be aware that it is a little hectic there. Staff members are everywhere but it seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They are willing to point you in an area you may want to go to if you are searching for something particular, but are not willing to take you there or find someone who can. I may go back and try the store again, as this may have just been an off day for them."

"Eh? Let's just say I'm the total opposite of a "sneaker head" & a "flip flops all year round" kinda lady. Therefore I cannot bring myself to spend a certain amount of money on something that sits on my feet all day and is all over the ground all day it just grosses me out now unless I'm going somewhere formal and I got to get cute with some boots or heels this girl ain't in. Too expensive for my taste. Small selection at this location as well."

"I went to look for track spike shoes for my daughter, they didn't have a good selection, just had one option available. Hopefully they will offer more options in the future. The employees were very friendly and assisted me."

"Big box store with a very diverse selection. You could easily spend a couple hours here. Big gun and fishing pole selection. Heck, they even have trailer wheels/tires here. Also well staffed."
