I looked online for near by places to potentially fix my vehicle as we were stranded far from home and far from our destination with my 7 year old son and our three giant dogs in the vehicle. No one was able to help, finally I called RK and he was so nice and was able to fit us in so we weren't stranded. He did not have the parts that day but was able to get them the next day and generously gave my whole family a ride to the nearest hotel and was able to get my vehicle fixed the next day!"
