"Classic stand alone White Castle was a much better experience than those attached to the gas stations I'm used to, great burgers and the smell from the window was wonderful!"

I ordered a grape Sprite I got a cherry Sprite, I asked for cheese rings and I got cheese fries instead and they didn't even put the box in there properly my cheese fries are all over the bag and the cheese sauce is everywhere. I ordered the 1921 sliders and they tried coming out with four regular sliders. I am going to go on good faith and say this happened because it seems like your speaker in the Drive-Thru is messed up because I had to try and say my order to the cashier like three times. I'm trying to have faith inhumanity here and I hope your workers are not that braindead. I have not tampered with the order since I got home this is how the order was given to me this is repulsive."

"Had not been to WC in over 20 years. I live in the South and we have Krystals. Had been craving WC brand for the longest and finally went. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This place gives the company a bad name and taste. First of all, extremely slow. When I finally got my food it was ice cold. Nasty as a flat burger can get and super bland fries. So disappointed! I guess this is the reason one of the guys at the shop was so curious as to why I wanted to go there. Never again."

"This has to be the worst White Castle ever. We decided to come to this location. 9-5 @ 3:15am. The cheeseburgers were soggy like the bottom buns were dipped in water. Disgusting. They also didn't add the pickles and didn't tell us they didn't have any. Long wait times and horrible food"
