"I love Potbelly but the sandwiches supposed to be toasted and warm. Once I receive it, they're not warm at all. Fix that!"

"After ordering our family dinner, we were notified that our order had been dropped off 25 minutes later. Being that there was no delivery, we called potbelly to inquire. They informed us that Doordash was there delivery service (even though we ordered via the potbelly app) & that they picked the order up at the time of the delivery notification. We were told it should be on the way. 40 minutes later (over an hour after placing the order) there was no sign of the delivery. We called park ridge potbelly & requested a refund, which they were kind enough to oblige. Just for context, the order never arrived even as leaving this review more than 1.5 hrs later. Very disappointing & not our 1st issue with Park Ridge Potbelly, but it is our 1st review. There will be no further delivery attempts.."

"I really enjoy and love Potbelly's sandwiches, but unfortunately I have to leave this bad review for this location. Today I ordered 3 sandwiches through DoorDash, mine being a Grilled Chicken. Upon receiving I opened my sandwich and took a bite. It tasted sour, and the bread was soggy, due to doordash taking almost 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich. When I open the sandwich I found that half the bread was moldy. I notified DoorDash as soon as it happened and they issued the refund. It just amazes me that none of the people preparing the sandwich saw it. Absolutely no quality control."

"Quick friendly service. One of the best Potbelly locations around. This place is always clean well-staffed and the food comes out as you would expect. Parking can be a bit tight but it's a free lot for the most part. Definitely recommend this for a quick bite"
