"This location used to be great. The management has clearly changed over the past few years and it blatantly shows from the quality of service. Last time I was in, the cashier was missing and his 2 or 3 coworkers standing around couldn't find him. After about 5 or 10 mins he came out still on the phone (on speaker none-the-less) and rang me up without even apologizing. I suggest the Rosemont location."
"The staff was very rude and not taking anything they were doing seriously. The person serving the food was in a rush for no reason and barely gave a full scoop of anything, on top of that he was rushing me and the person behind me to order whole we were the only two in line. The staff had no sense of food safety either, there were 4 staff members with long hair sticking out of their hats and no hair net on, there 4 staff members with full grown beards and no beard net, and one staff member who decided it was cool to walk around the restaurant with his buttoned up shirt open so we can see his chest and tattoos, I mean come on that’s embarrassing. I get that customers can be annoying but it’s no excuse to be rude to every person walking in. The leadership of this restaurant has to stop twiddling their thumbs and actually work with their team to change the atmosphere. Wait times are horrible, the store is dirty, and the staff is rude. It’s a miracle they’re even open for business with all this in consideration. I highly suggest for people to not order from here, it has to be one of the worst, if not, the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. What a shame."
"I went there in the evening for the first time in Park Ridge, it's very dirty, I understand that students work there in the evening, but please keep the elementary rules of sanitation. I'm just comparing it with the location in Norridge, where I often go, there is no such thing in Norridge. But the food is equally delicious at Park Ridge, too."
"I have given this location a try several tries, however they can never seem to have it together. They have an absurd number of workers in the back to the point where they are running into each other, however never have enough food prepped. I understand they are a busy location, but you would think they would understand this and have enough food prepared for the rush hours. Constantly running out of good lettuce, salsa, cheese and then the workers look at me like I’m crazy when I question the fact they don’t have any more in the back? The food they do have out is sloppy and all over the containers/counter. Workers seem very lazy and more interested in talking to one another than taking care of their paying customers. I am disgusted I just paid what I did for a bowl of air."
"This place really needs new management and better organization. i give several examples 1. if you do a mobile order, it always at least 20 min past the time it should be ready. This is because they do not have a dedicated separate spot to make mobile order. every other location does the mobile orders in the back so it does not back up the people waiting. not this location 2. today i showed up at 6 pm which is the typical dinner rush and they had no white rice, no chicken, no tomatoes and no steak and they were not making any more 3. clearly when they are struggling behind, everybody just stands and looks at each other. they should be making more food or apologizing or working faster. there solution is that is not my job either this place has no manager or the manager is incompetent. this location should just close or get a new manager because the kids who work there are incompetent. they are incompetent because they have not been properly trained on how to manage customers. here is another example. there was guy waiting today for his mobile order for 20 min. he asked what’s the hold up. the person said he was out of white rice and we are waiting for white rice. the customer said when will it be ready. the chipotle employee said i don’t know. are you making it said the customer and the employee said i don’t know. the customer said so you have brown rice and they said yes and they completed his order. in the 20 minutes not 1 employee thought to say to him, so you want brown rice instead of white rice. terrible, terrible training! needs to be corrected!"
