"Don't order ahead! I placed an order at 12 for 4 and when I walked in at 4 I didn't see my order on the pick-up shelves. Had to wait in line and ask about my order. The person there looked at his tickets and then turned around and took a bag that had been sitting behind him and gave it to me. When I got home the sandwiches were cold and soggy leading me to believe that the employees had made them at 12 when I placed the order and then held on to them for 4 hours until I came to get it. Very disappointing that they were somehow trained to believe that this was okay to do. Definitely won't be coming back"

"I ordered a chicken salad sandwich online yesterday 9/17/2023. The pick up time was 7:57pm. I arrived around 8pm and asked for picking up. But the server, a high school boy, said that my order just came up. I saw that he tore my order paper from a order machine. So, I said that I put my order 15 minutes ago, but he said my order just came up. I am not sure if he lied to me. Because the order paper was already out before he said 'Hi' to me. A high school server was only one in the restaurant until a man came out from the kitchen. But I felt sorry for the boy making my sandwich on late Sunday night. So, I gave him some tips. I brought my sandwich and gave it to my son. But my son wondered where are chicken in the sandwich. He thought some chicken would be in the middle of the sandwich. But absolutely no chicken at all in the sandwich. I have never had this experience before. So, I called the restaurant yesterday and today BUT they have never answered. I am not going to Glen Potbelly anymore."

"I am a procrastinator and ordered last-minute combo boxes twice this week and I was amazed at the speed they prepared the food. They took the stress away from me and I really loved that they tried to make it happen for me TWICE ( Tuesday and Thursday of this week) and were very pleasant in the process. I did not try the food, so I am not sure how it tasted but everyone complimented on it, so I assumed, everything went well. Thank you for being patient with me and providing me with amazing service both times. I will be certainly coming back for more !"

"Ordered a pick up yesterday and they ONLY added meat and cheese to our Wreck when I had ordered everything on it! My dad couldn’t even find the pick up area it had said to go to in the confirmation email. Very disappointed just because i ordered an earned a free sandwich(perks) it was not fully loaded because we wouldn’t see until we got home! It is extremely impossible to contact someone online. How can we get our perk loaded again when our sandwich was completely wrong and we lost it now."
