"I made an app order and came to the store at the pick up time. A girl helped me and asked who I assumed was her boss about it. He just said that he made it and they were busy so someone took it and they can't do anything about it. The girl who originally helped me talked to him and I heard him say my order was a reward item so I highly doubt he actually made the order. What a waste of time and horrible customer service. He should learn some customer service skills and maybe their reviews wouldn't be so bad. Don't go to this location and waste your time and money here. You'll be disappointed."
"These guys are awesome. They’re always friendly and they provide excellent customer service. The smoothies are excellent, too. I avoid the ones with lime juice, since the acid dissolves styrofoam. The Island Green smoothie is really good. I’d get a smoothie from TSC over a drink from Starbucks any day. They’re so much healthier to consume. Thank goodness for indoor heating so that I can enjoy my smoothies during the winter. Thank you, guys!"
"Today is 5-12-22 and i went in for an online order and i walked up to the online order pickup station looking for my order and trying to read the names but what looks like the boss told me not to touch anything and was being rude about it. He couldve said it nicer but was pushy and said it was rudeness. He should honestly not be a boss if he doesn’t know how to talk to people."
