"Tables and chairs are finally back at this location post-covid. Quality is always good at this location but they also seem understaffed so plan to wait a few more minutes if there is a line. But, always worth the wait for great bagels."
"I ordered online and when I went there, they said they didn’t receive my order. I showed them my email and receipt and they just gave me a random box of bagels. I asked them if they were cut and if it was the ones I ordered but they just told me to take it and told me yes, they were cut. Of course, they were not. Staff were rude and I wouldn’t recommend."
"OK Ill mannered, irresponsible, and highly unprofessional staff. They had the nerve to tell that one bagel was expensive than the other and if I was sure that I wanted to buy it , Just because I was wearing a scarf On my head. my six toasted bagels were just thrown in a bag Like a piece of garbage and I had to literally make sets when I got home because everything was mixed up .Very rude people. I do not recommend anybody to Support them."
"Showed up at 6:05am when the website says they open at 6am. The lights were off and the door was locked even though the sign on the door said open and we could see there were bagels made for the day. We waited until 6:10 but no one was around and the lights stayed off."
"Made me completely different order (the cheapest breakfast option) and charged me for what i wanted in the first place I can't eat eggs, neither bacon for medical reasons and of course they put it inside Waste of your time and money"
