"Went there about 1030 mainly to get chicken pot pie soup . Ordered 2 wreck sandwiches and 2 Bowls of soup. They fixed my sandwiches then told me the soup won't be ready for another half hr. You should of told me when I ordered . Drove 10 minutes down the street to Elmhurst to get my soup. When I could have ordered all at one location."
"My experience at Potbelly was wonderful, despite receiving the wrong sandwich initially. The staff promptly recognized their mistake and made sure to prepare the correct one for me. They were incredibly friendly and polite. Although it's a bit chilly inside, this place is still very enjoyable. It would be even better if they could provide heating."

"Here we go again. I’m not sure why this is a recurring issue. I add avocado to my salad, WHICH COST EXTRA, and it’s not on my salad. I never have issues when I order a sandwich or soup, which I did last week. Just the salads, hit or miss. I don’t understand it. I’m not driving, which is why I ordered delivery, then here we go so I’m just out of money and out of what I asked for. UGH!"
