"Very good food, but if you are a person of color, stay away. Waiting patiently at the bar for 30 minutes for a takeout order so I walked out. They are not quick to service people of color but the food is good. I would of love to sit down and eat seeing that the restaurant has a beautiful outdoor seating but unfortunately, I won't because I'm not welcome."

"Amongst the finest dining places in the west suburbs. Staff is welcoming and professional, able to handle a party of 25 hungry couples without a single error in orders nor checks. Delicious food, amazing selection of wonderful reds and white wines. Bar open late, served by enchanting owner Jen."

"We went here for our 11th anniversary dinner, they had a card with a complimentary coupon. The food was amazing. Our waiter was super nice and able to give us recommendations when asked. The atmosphere was perfect. Can sit inside or outside. I would highly recommend."

"Was at a private event here, and have been here in the past and had higher expectations knowing the food was good, and the actual environment was pretty; we had a baby shower here and planned everything out with Kristen. Kristen was not there for the actual event even though she was the event planner. The actual day of the event the staff was negligent of our whole event. They did not refill our UNLIMITED mimosas and appetizers. This picture... what is this.. crumbs? I didn't pay all this money for them to be empty and our family have to play hide and seek with the staff that was behind the bar talking instead of being present at the event refilling our food and mimosas! The food did not taste anything like the times I was there for dinner. Mind you the same waitresses were also doing another event! Kristen did not schedule enough people to help with the events as their staff looked already overworked. Lastly, Kristen stated that they would provide the utensils they said they would provide and ended up getting cake all over because what is a butter knife gonna cut?Was very dissatisfied with my event and did not get what I paid for! PERIOD. Big miscommunications . Need better planning . Beware !"

"I came to Jen's Guesthouse for an event that was serving a family style lunch, so my review will only reflect that aspect of the restaurant. The entire staff were very courteous, and the service was excellent. The restaurant itself was extremely clean and very spacious. For family style, the food was above par and everyone really enjoyed it. All things considered, it was a really nice experience. P.S. We went back to Jen's for Mother's Day, and I had the GNOCCHI with shrimp, and it was excellent."
