"The Men’s department was organized, and I’m really glad to see a “traditional” Gap still within the halls of a shopping mall. I really hope this location will stay open, since Gap has been disappearing from a vast majority of malls across the country."
"As someone who has worked in retail before, I know a heavy amount of training is focuses on loss prevention, and I guess corporate would be proud that this location takes it to an extreme. I eventually had to resolve a return issue over the phone with customer service because the manager just assumes everyone is trying to steal from them. Essentially the store stole an item from me during a complicated return, but thankfully customer service figured out the transaction issue and refunded me for the item taken by the store."
"Was gonna give 3 stars, but 1 extra star for the nice staff. A whole row of dresses was under the "select dresses $29" sign, but they rang up as $49. The lady pointed out it said "select" dresses, except my point was that every single dress was $49 - there was NO anything for $29; which is false advertising. I am happy to report that the manager apologized and honored the $29 price. I'll be happy to return once they figure out how to advertise more honestly in their displays. The staff there were very nice and helpful."
