"Why does Macy's send you all these reward coupons, even birthday coupons for you charge card, but almost everything in ineligible for them to be used. I left with nothing but $75.00 worth of coupons that could not be used on anything in any department, what a waste of time. Plus it was so difficult to find any employees to help"

"Today I took my mother to the Macys(St Louis Galleria) to purchase some shoes. I walked up to the sales lady (her back was turned to me) and I said “Good morning” and she barked back at me without turning around “Shoe Size!!” I told her the shoe size and she said they didn’t have it. I said thanks and walked back to my mother. Then my mother approached her for help finding some shoes and she was just very dismissive, so we left. Makeya (sales person) was just rude for no reason! She needs to be retrained on how to treat customers or find a job that doesn’t require her to interact with the public!"

"Large flagship Macy’s store which many moons ago used to be Famous Barr store. Since closure of the downtown Macy’s this is the largest in STL. Customer service and apparel selection is better than the rest of the area store. They have decent collection of North Face stuff also. The men’s section of suits and jackets need some organization but overall not a bad experience."
