"I like Loft and I almost always find something I like. You have great sales, so I always feel like I am getting a deal. The quality is great. Some things just don’t fit right. And the reviews of those reviews back that up. However, I have only one real problem. There is a woman who works at the Loft I go to that always seems rude and offensive. I dread going in that store because I’m afraid she’ll be there. I don’t want to get her fired, so I’ve never complained. I’m not sure how to handle it. It’s almost like she has a personal vendetta against me. What do you suggest I do? Thanks!"
