"So bummed, while service was excellent the food was not. I went there about a year ago and was disappointed with the chicken being stringy and fatty. I haven't had it since. Today I decided to venture in again only to get home with my order and find out that the sour cream was spoiled."

"Not the best Chipotle Grill! First off I was the only guest in the restaurant. The girl who was taking my order was either not listening or did not care about what I was asking her for on my burrito. She was throwing the condiments on it like there were a line of people behind me. I did say to her "Slow down, it's not like there's a line!". Her reply was that she had to get me out within 30 seconds! Come on Chipotle, I think it would be OK if you spend a few seconds more to get the guests what they wanted. I did get the free guac from the app but she wanted to charge me for it because she said it was in the burrito. Eventually a young man finished the transaction. I think next time I want Chipotle I'll drive a little further. Thanks Chipotle Grill Frankfort, you are very disappointing."

"Order a double chicken bowl with extra brown rice. They decided that this was enough chicken and rice. I get more chicken when I’ve order normal amount. When I called they told me this is my portion based on what I ordered."

"A great place to grab lunch or dinner. Very clean inside and the staff is extremely friendly. The food is always fresh and served exactly how you want it. They are willing to adjust for special diets and able to get your food ready quickly even if they're busy. Always look forward to getting a burrito or a burrito bowl."
