"This used to be my favorite take-out pizza, but lately it hasn’t been good. We called in an order and they didn’t have lasagna or eggplant parm. Our pizza was cool and undercooked. We also ordered a large Caesar salad and it was mostly huge croutons and barely enough for two. There seems to be kids running the place that can barely look up from their phones long enough to take care of customers. Very disappointed."

"So i got the wrong Pizza last time I was in. Totally refunded walked in got my Pie tonight no questions asked. The thing I love is all young kids most likely from the neighborhood working and happy and talkative. Always the nicest staff. Great Job and Merry Christmas. There were probably 5 teenagers working engaging and talking while working. U just dont see this anymore. Thank you Palermos for making great food and keeping the teenagers involved in a great business."

"Overall disappointing. Ordered pizza, breaded zucchini, onion rings. Everything arrived at room temperature. The Pizza was so cool the pepperoni grease had began to coagulate on top. Onion rings were rolled up into a bag. No one wants soggy onion rings, at room temperature, smashed into a ball in a bag. They need to use a small container for fried food."
