Orange & Chicken Des Plaines

"I had the orange chicken special for lunch, which is coated in batter and covered in a crimson sauce. I believed I had the wrong item. The sauce was decent; it reminded me of ketchup because it was both sweet and acidic. However, the sauce's tint wasn't what I was used to. Due to the sauce and moisture interaction, the chicken lost its texture. Although the fried rice was simple, I was startled to see chicken chunks in it. Though the pricing and portion were excellent, the food is not up to pace."

"Placed my order over the phone, when I went to pick it up, I think it’s a husband and wife running the place with me with a smile and got my food. I ordered a standard chicken fried rice, but when I started eating it, I started seeing bits of shrimp. I hate shrimp with a passion that threw me off and ruined my appetite."

OMG, this was probably the worst I've ever had. I took a couple of bites and had to throw it out. Totally a waste of money! The orange chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly, and the flavor didn't taste like orange chicken. The fried rice was terrible to look at and tasted just as bad. I don't know even know how to describe the egg roll. I almost vomited after just one bite of the egg roll. This is my honest review on my takeout order on 12/13/23. Feel free to try to restaurant at your own discretion, hopefully you have a better experience."

"I tried the BBQ Pork Lo Mein, and it was SO good! Everything was very well flavored! Really appreciated how nice the person who took my order was, and they wrapped my food so well that it was still nice and warm for me when I got home. Will come back and try more of their food!"

"When I went there I tried the General Tso's chicken and Order of rice and the crab rangoon. Do not be surprised when you get the Rangoon because they are triangle-shaped. Taste and price good. Just not as good as my #pandaexpress"
