"This is the most unprofessional and the worst Potbelly location I’ve ever seen. I ordered from them a few weeks ago at work and they added bacon on my sandwich by mistake, when I called them, he didn’t even care and said nothing he can do since they didn’t have anyone to replace my order, so I ended up throwing it out and have no lunch that they. Today I just ordered from them again and they sent me a wrong soup with my order, very stupid and never order from these clowns again."

"This location is great. The food is good, and the service is good, but the online ordering system with Potbelly is so glitchy, and they had a software glitch where I couldn't use my giftcards for months after purchasing them! To make matters worse, they said they'd had this issue before but told me I had to go back to where I bought them to seek a refund. But the only issue is with their system, so I couldn't return them. Absolutely horrible customer support for their website. Again, this restaurant is good though! I just had problems with Potbelly corporate Update after seeing Potbelly's comment on my review: This stock response shows how little they care about their customers."

"I ordered the BLTA (original size sandwich) and there was the smallest piece of avocado on one end of the sandwich. It's frustrating that on a sandwich that has only 4 ingredients on it, 1 ingredient was almost non-existent, especially when paying as much as it costs, for just the 1 sandwich. Otherwise, the sandwich was good....but it was essentially just a BLT. I've gotten this same sandwich, from another location, and it was covered, from end to end, with all ingredients, including avocado, so it was very disappointing to have so little, on the sandwich I got today."

"*ONE STAR REVIEW* Ordered the BLTA which clearly reads on their menu APPLEWOOD BACON but instead the bacon used was heavily caked with black pepper. Would've avoided this sandwich if the description read black pepper bacon. Had to pull the bacon off the sandwich and found it to be not much there yet very fatty. Apparently, ordering from this restaurant was a mistake."

"I ordered online, drove back to work, opened my sandwich and there’s no chicken. I drove back, gave me a side of chicken, drove back to work and my sandwich was so soggy on the inside from waiting 45 minutes, I could only eat part of it. They make great sandwiches when you order inside, but if you order online, it’s sloppy and thrown together without any care."
