"This has got to be the worse raising canes, the food is so oily and disgusting. Raising canes is already not healthy as it is … so imagine if there also not making fresh food and not handeling the food properly.* Devastating For your health*The fries taste like they were sitting in old oil and they are wet and soggy, the chicken is just as bad… basically the chicken taste like they made a huge batch a few hours ago and they were to lazy to make fresh chicken so they just put it under the heat. this location is always a miss, the Schaumburg one is always fire. Do your self a favor and go there. After eating 10 percent of the food we ordered we gave the rest away to our cat. And even after my mouth and hands feel rly oily."
"The chicken fingers are very delicious, I got the Box combo..."
"Not only was the food delicious, but the service was incredible! I would like to shout out Kevin for taking care of us today. He was extremely friendly and clearly very hard working. Someone give him a raise!"
"In and out quick during lunch. From the time I walked in, to the time I left with my takeout order took about 3 minutes. Good points : the chicken and fries are crispy (although the bottom pieces did get a bit softer due to all the moisture in the to go container). The batter is seasoned well. The slaw is very good Downsides : the chicken had the stringy connective tissue in almost every piece I ate. The toast was soft, including on the toasted side (just 1 side?). Fries were over salted For a quick meal, i liked it and would eat it again."
"I was looking forward to trying out the new Raising Cane's in town, but the food turned out to be a major disappointment. The service was great, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The chicken fingers weren’t fully breaded and soggy on the bottom. The fries were stale and limp. I had to butter the Texas toast and throw it back into the toaster. Definitely not the kind of first impression I was hoping for from this new chain."
