"Pizzas from here are regularly over an hour late, cold, and undercooked. This location simply cannot handle the volume that they take in. As far as customer service goes, you'll get a half baked apology from a teenager and if you check your credit card in 3 to 5 business days, you may actually get your delivery fee refunded. Lou malnati's is really good, but it's never good from this location. Do yourself a favor and go sit down inside the Naperville store"

"Probably the second worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life. I’ve ate pizza all over the states. The sauce has no seasoning. Not sure how this place is still open. Yikes."

"Terrible service and quality. Pizza was delivered with all the toppings slipping off. We were also missing an entire extra large pizza. When the delivery driver took it out of the bag grease poured out all over the floor. Choose any other location."

"Used to be very good pizza. Now they skimp on everything. The sausage layer is half what it was a few years ago Notice the 3” gaps of no sausage. I think there was cheese on the extra cheese pizza but maybe they thought I didn’t want any cheese. Where is the cheese???? SAD EXCUSE FOR A PIZZA"

"Ordered deep pizza, NO MUSHROOMS OR TOMATOES ! That's exactly what I didnt get ! I'm giving 3 stars because I contacted the store again on Friday 11/12/21, the Manager Graham was willing to rectify the whole situation by explaining to me the sausage is flat , thats how it comes to them . He also said; I should never order on line when I have severe allergies as I do , he refunded my $34 , compted me a complimentary pizza to try the next time . Thanks Graham"
