"I ordered two orders of orange chicken and brown rice and two orders of veggie rolls with extra sweet-and-sour. We went through the drive-through. The rice tasted like watery. The chicken was dry. They didn't give me any sweet-and-sour , or a fork, or straws for our drinks. The meal was almost $30. The whole order was terrible and missing stuff I asked for."

"I got the Shrimp and Orange chicken around 830pm mainly because that was what they had the most of. The food was typical panda express food. My issue was with the little Mexican dude with the mustache who thinks he's incharge. He needs to learn how to treat the fellow staff especially the girl who was working tonight, he emerassed her in front of me and I felt obligated to tell her she can always look elsewhere for work. She shouldn't have to. He should learn how to treat people or else someone's gonna teach him themselves. Peace"

"Unfortunately today I had one of the most ugly experiences, I was using the drive-thru today on this location and the women who took my order "LILI C" made me feel so uncomfortable, because I made a mistake misspelling my order and also because I had my accent when I speak English, which I think it's so rude. She was laughing soo much that some else had to finish my order, I didn't said anything to her because I'm a very polite person. I respect to much to others that the whole situation make me feel so powerless. I hope for Lili C that when you have the opportunity to visit some other countries nobody make fun of YOU when you need to communicate with others because how you speak or pronounce your words. Please young people be polite to others we are humans and we make mistakes."

"I’m a frequent customer and I went to visit the new building and I loved it very clean bathrooms! The cashier Alivia from the previous location was there, she always greats me with a welcome & smile as well as the other workers. Staff is well trained. the Orange Chicken is so good here!!"

"This particular Panda Express location seems to be the only one that has good quality control out of all the locations I've visited over the last 2-3 years. The noodles here always seem like they are freshly cooked! Other Panda locations... not so much. Long, fresh strands of noodles here with minimal cabbage. Other recent Panda locations: reheated soggy slop with bits of noodles, all cabbage, & all covered in oil. The Orange Chicken & the Teriyaki Chicken that I ate from here MANY times over the last 2-3 years was always amazing! Drink machine awesome, location always clean. Good parking & in a really pleasant part of Lombard."
