"Looking to host a party or indulge in a memorable dining experience? Look no further than Falak Banquet and Restaurant! Owned and operated by the renowned culinary maestro, Chef Masood Ali, this place is the epitome of culinary delight. From the moment you step in, you'll be transported to a world of mouthwatering flavors, especially their signature "Hyderabadi Cuisine" that will remind you of the cherished dishes cooked by your own family's talented cooks or even your mom. Prepare yourself for a delectable feast that will leave you wanting more, long after you've left the premises. The food at Falak is simply divine, and its reputation precedes it—everyone knows it's the go-to spot for exquisite flavors. Not only do they cater on-site, but they also extend their culinary expertise to other banquet halls around, making any event a guaranteed success. My family and I had an unforgettable dinner experience here, and we're still dreaming about the incredible flavors days later. In fact, I've even got the chef's direct phone number saved for my next gathering—because I promise you, my next party will be held right here. Oh, did I mention the infamous chef's name is Masood Ali? Just drop his name while telling your guests about the catered food, and you'll have everyone eagerly attending your event, without a doubt. Give it a try, and you won't be disappointed—unless, of course, you end up with a surprise attendance from everyone you invited, and suddenly find yourself in a delightful state of overcapacity. But hey, that's the kind of laughter and joy that Falak Banquet and Restaurant brings—unforgettable moments shared with loved ones, where good food and great company come together to create memories that will last a lifetime."
"Picked this restaurant to have Eid dinner with my family. Drove 30 miles to be extremely disappointed. The dining area that is opposite the banquet hall is designed like someone’s basement. No windows, odd paint colors, bad lighting. There is 0 ambiance, no music, nothing. Kids are running around from other parties, it’s like a mess hall because of how loud it was. We could not hear each other speak. Now for the service/management. We walk in as a party of five and are told that there is nothing but pakoras left. That should’ve been our clue to leave. We had to source our own napkins, and find silverware and glasses from behind the counter area. The management was way in over their heads and extremely overwhelmed. The owner comes out later and says that they have biryani, Nihari, karhai, and veggie dishes. Biryani was tasteless and crunchy. It was just plain white rice with food coloring thrown in. Nihari was decent, karhai was decent, and the veggie dishes were so so. The portions of food are really small for the price and it tasted old. The naan was disappointing as well but might have been the best thing we ordered. We asked for salad four times, it came out at the end of our meal as a plate full of sliced onions. It was all very bizarre. We were so upset at this fiasco of a dinner that the owner comped the meal and we left, never to return. Going to Devon for Pakistani food is painful but not nearly as painful as this was."
"I don’t understand what origin of food this place serves. Didn’t seem Indian or Pakistani, the mutton curry was extremely salty that it almost killed my appetite for other items, the chicken entrees wasn’t great at all, chunks of chicken that were merely marinated and probably sautéed or grilled and served and the biryani had nothing great about it. The place’s food might not be great but their staff is!"
