"Another chain that has gone down the drain. I did not enjoy my $13 lettuce sandwich. I eventually noticed some meat in there but it wasn't easy to spot. It's too bad because Jimmy John's used to be good when the actually put a decent amount of meat on their sandwiches. I think a lot of these chains just take for granted people will keep coming back based off their name, or maybe habit, and have sacrificed their quality because of it."

"Great customer service! Went this past Friday and my sandwich was made quicker than any other jimmy johns I’ve been to. And the bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen in any fast food industry. From the bathrooms to the counters to the tables and floors, everything was spotless. Everyone was always working quickly and efficiently even with the new staffing.
