"Our second experience was less than stellar! They forgot a drink, shake was not at all thick and the roast beef sandwich was ordered with double cheese and I could barely see any. I called the restaurant and asked if they double check the orders before they are delivered and they responded "we are only human." Certainly not what a customer wants to hear. Very unprofessional. We ordered delivery from their app and they kept saying they will remake if we come back. We ordered delivery as we didn't currently have a way to get there. Looks like we will be removing them in our rotation, as we order in at least once a week."
