"First-timer! I had a double classic cheese smashburger, and it was excellent! Burger was hot, juicy, tasty, seasoned perfectly, right amount of “char,” almost perfect! Associate at register was a nice young man. Crew did a nice job preparing and getting food out in a timely manner! Thanks! I will be back!"
"Do not come here because you’ll be waiting 20 minutes or more for a burger and a shake . When my boyfriend and I initially walked in there was barely anyone in the restaurant. There was a customer in front of us and one behind us. The customer in front of us ordered and got their food with no problem. Then we order and have to wait, but we expected a little wait since we ordered a few burgers and shakes.The customer behind us had the same amount of food and had to wait like us. Some time goes by and we realize the customer that was behind us, was receiving their food items, which was confusing since we ordered before them. So I told my bf “maybe they had an item that was easy to prepare and they just gave it to them so it could be fresh when they eat it”… but then they receive their entire food order and go about their day. So now I’m looking around confused as to where our food items are, like at the very least where are our shakes. More time goes by and more customers begin to come in, yet we still haven’t received our food. In the midst of this my bf sees a bag of food that’s been sitting underneath a lamp, not a heating lamp, literally just a regular lamp with a light bulb. I go over to ask if that’s our food that’s been sitting under the lamp, and the cashier that took our order asked “oh well what was your order?” Mind you there’s barely anyone in the restaurant and they have receipts all over the food and counter, so I told her the order and she still seemed confused on what was going on. So as the food continues to pile on the counter I begin to get upset because we don’t have our food and if that is our food on the counter why is it just sitting out and nobody is bagging or paying any attention to it. So the cashier gets the manager and I ask the manager the same question of “is that our food that’s been sitting out”. He also looks at me as though he’s not too sure of what’s going on so I inform him. I tell him “the customers after us received their food, the new customers were receiving their food, but our food has not been received and if this is our food then it’s been sitting getting cold”. His response was “well we can make you fresh food”. Y’all we had already been waiting for almost thirty minutes for our food that should’ve taken at most 10-15 minutes, and probably not even that long. So I asked for a refund and left. Not the manager nor any of the other workers had any remorse or understanding for how rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional their customer service was. If you’re looking to try this spot out don’t even waste your time at this location because the food is good, but the customer service makes it all not worth while over a burger and a shake."
"No Urgency here. They were really slow. 45 minutes to get a burger, chicken nuggets and fries. Bag sat under a heat lamp for 30 minutes waiting for an additional fry. So the burger was dried out and the one fry was all soggy. They also did not put the ranch in that was asked for. Very few people coming in an a couple groups left because of the wait to order. They kept apologizing saying short staffed with 4 people and multiple group breaks in our hour there. Watched some shady stuff with the food also. I would stay away from this place. I was really excited and expected a great meal, but was very disappointed."
"Everything went wrong! The turkey burger was missing toppings. It was like an explosion inside the wrapper. Smash tots were sitting in liquid inside the cup... and it was hardly half full. Regular burger was overcooked and sat for over 15 minutes while we waited for the turkey burger to be added. And... the order took 30 minutes from time submitted to time handed off. Text said order ready at 1:24 pm, but it wasn't until 1:41 that the order was "complete", and even then it was still inaccurate. Service inside was a joke. An entire family came in and ordered (mind you, after we got a text saying our order was ready), and got served BEFORE we got our food. Major problem here."
"I ordered through their online app. The order was for 1 shake, 1 tater tot, 1 sweet potato fry, 1 bacon cheeseburger and one avocado chicken. The food gets delivered, and there is only 1 sandwich, with the avocado chicken grill receipt. I immediately call, and explained what happened, and the employee says "everything was packaged, I dont have any extra burgers here, I did it all myself and it was all there. Are you sure you're missing a sandwich?" Basically a back and forth insinuating I'm lying about not receiving my sandwich. I even explain to him, that i have the reciept from them, with everything crossed off, except the burger. His answer to that was I could come in and he'll make me a new one. Sorry, I live 12 minutes away, according to Google maps, I just paid for delivery, and a tip, for someone to deliver my food, I dont want to now waste 30 minutes for a burger, can I get a credit. Since it was online they couldn't issue me a credit. So, now I'm out a sandwich, and to make matters worse, when my wife opens up her chicken avocado sandwich, it has all the toppings she wanted, except the avocado, has bacon, and is a BURGER!. The staff there was rude, and obviously incompetant. I get it, mistakes happen. 2 mistakes on the same order, with absolutely no way to fix it? Don't offer delivery through your app then. Edit: after reaching out to the corporate office, they apologized and made it right by me, so I have adjusted the rating to 3 stars vs 1 star."
