Papa Johns Pizza

"This place double charged my credit card twice and when I called to get my money back for double charging me the person who worked there played it off like I was never there even though I was there 15 minutes befor. He was very rude probably tried to scam me. Kept telling me to call head quarters even though he didn't know the number. I will not be returning."

"“Epic stuffed crust” NO “+1 garlic sauce” NO “ extra sauce” NO I’m not sure what they are smoking over there but that’s crazy. The more I open the worse it gets. The cookie pizza isn’t even cut. Do you expect me to break pieces off and hand them out ? Called and the manager said it’s a DoorDash problem and I must talk to them. Yet door dash did nothing wrong at all and he can’t replace our pizza. Awful:("

"If I was able to put zero stars I would !!!! But I can't . I ordered my pizza today 10/31/2023 they deliver without pepperoni . The delivery man walked in through our hallway and threw the pizza on the floor , I was really upset and I told him what the hell is wrong with him . He just walked away it was a Spanish looking person I guess he doesn't speak English very well . Then I opened the pizza box and it was something's wrong with the pizza . I said where is the pepperoni it wasn't there. I call them , the manager was the one who answer the phone , when I told him there's no pepperoni on my pizza ??? He keeps trying to lie to me telling me , that I remove pepperoni from my order , like what the hell ? I have a copy of my order!!! So I printed out here order receipt . Since the manager is the one who behaves like criminal I am going to file a complaint with customer services, this is not acceptable you don't treat customers the way ."

"I love to order papa Johns pizza from this location. I get mesmerized with the aroma of their veggie pizza once I opened the pizza box. The employees at this location stays very vigilant following the instructions. And they are very friendly and patiently listen to the customer’s order over the phone. Wish they would have dine-in option in future if possible."

"I didn't notice until after I opened the box and realized the seal didn't rip or unstick. It looked like it was closed and sealed until I opened, but my quality seal on my pizza box was broken, AND the garlic sauce was empty. I think the delivery driver did something, so now I can't eat the pizza. When I called, they said "it's just two of us so these things happen." Even when I then said as I was on hold I was looking at the box and the one side sticker was loose, and the other side sticker was INSIDE the box, the only excuse was "we're busy." So, yeah, that's the last time I order from this place. What's the point of having quality control if you're not actually doing it the correct way? Having a really hard time understanding how taking 5 extra seconds for a sticker to reassure people that their food wasn't tampered with is just excused by being busy. They can tell me the girl who delivered it has been working there for more than 10 years so they "doubt she did anything" all they want, if she doesn't take accountability for this then that's a terrible employee. Gotta go dispute the tip with my credit card company now."
