"Lovely as usual for a great sandwich shop. I always get the Italian sandwich with double meat and cheese, chocolate shake and jalapeno chips. Basically the heart burn meal for all you normies. Just as good today as normal. If was a bit warm in the business - but yeah I had the hot peppers lol"

"Ordered the skinny chicken club and asked to cook the bacon a little extra. I have done this multiple times before and never has it come out burnt!! It made the rest of my sandwich taste like burnt bacon. I also asked for a side of hot peppers in which weren’t in the bag when I reached my destination."

"The Potbelly Schaumburg location continues to amaze me as they really strive for quality. When I do visit this location I always get a top notch sandwich that tastes really good and is made perfectly the way I order it! Service is always really good too. The sandwich techs really put a lot care into making their creations correctly and tasty. It’s a simple thing to make sandwiches but you’d be amazed how many places get it wrong. My sandwiches here are always wrapped up nicely too! Thanks Potbelly’s of Schaumburg for staying deliciously consistent!"

"Great sandwiches and shakes. Inside of the restaurant is a lot larger than it looked from the outside. Outdoor seating is limited. Haven't used the drive thru at all but it seemed like cars were getting in and out fast. Pickup through the app is pretty easy but I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. Definitely did not mind since potbelly is my favorite sandwich chain in the area. Only issue is the parking lot sucks to navigate and people tend to drive like idiots, which isn't something the restaurant can control."
