Reviews
"This dollar tree is always clean and organized. It just has a welcoming feel to it, where some of the others don't, if you get what I mean. Like, you can tell that someone actually cares. Edit: I still stand by this review. I will change the review if my view regarding the quality of upkeep at this location changes. So far, it has not. Edit: Still agree with previous reviews of this location"
"This dollar store tree isn't too organized. Staff are never up front and it can be quite difficult to have someone check people out. Zero stars."
"I've been here 3 times. Once, they had some notebooks I needed. They were great for my specific purposes, and I wasn't able to find them at other Dollar Tree locations, nationwide. So, I have tried to come back to this location. The next 2 times I stopped by didn't go so well. They no longer stock the little notebooks I liked. Still, I found other items to buy. Unfortunately, I'm not willing to wait in a line 8 customers long to buy $9 worth of items. This location never seems to be properly staffed during prime business hours. In 2023, stores should not allow lines longer than a few customers. WalMart will bring my $1.25 items out to my car and put them in my trunk for me. Get better, Dollar Tree Oakville. Pay to properly staff your stores."
"Never in my life have I been so poorly treated by a cashier. I realized when I got to the register I forgot my wallet but I had cash, just not enough for everything I got. The cashier (Debbie) proceeded to rip my head off saying she would now be in trouble for having to void a few items. The rest of my time standing there she huffed and puffed seeming very unhappy to be there and a major attitude about having to do her job. She was also rude to other customers. Thankfully a manager came over and helped the situation a bit. Horrible customer service."
"The manager Dottie, is one of the rudest, most cynical people I’ve ever met in my entire life. She’s rude to other employees. She talks about other employees in front of customers and just treats everyone like she is above them. By no means is she above anyone! She needs to be reprimanded, demoted or something she has no right being in any kind of authority position"
