White Castle

"Stopped by the drive thru and got 10 sliders with mac n cheese nibbles, fries and drinks for two. It’s White Castle. The mac n cheese nibblers were good! Sliders were decent! Make sure you get the ones with cheese. Plain aren’t near as good. Fast service, drive thru cashier was reasonably friendly. It gets pricy though! $27 for 10 sliders, 2 fries, 2 drinks, 12 piece mac n cheese nibblers. Not much food in the grand scheme of things…"

"I ordered online, got to white castle to pick up my order, I received #1 4 cheese sliders ( sliders was cold with brown onions old hard bread) with fries and Hi-c orange. 2nd order was a 3 piece mozzarella cheesesticks which was cold no cheese in the mozzarella sticks no sauce either. This was very unacceptable and thru service was terrible, the young man charged over me twice for the 1 meal. This is very unappreciated."

"Went here for a free Veterans meal and the food was delicious, not rushed. The fries were hot and fresh. I am glad they have a choice; options 1-7 is the largest Veterans menu option, I've every seen at any establishment! I'm actually shocked. Normally you have an option of between 1 and 4 things to choose from. White castle has everyone else beat regarding that only! Their fries are like fair food I've always said. I love fair food. Crispy, fresh, crinkled and great with cheese."

"Arrived at drive up at 10:25pm; there were 3 cars in front of us. Finally pulled away from pickup window at 10:58pm with our food.... and it was incorrect. I know it's White Castle and expectations aren't high to begin with; but that was pathetic. And; the food wasn't warm. Not sure what they were doing in there."

"I was just there last night June 19 3am and It was the worst experience ever. Now its July 4th 2:30am and this store has gotten a better crew on nights. Thank goodness. 12/2/21 Update the night shift is not available, I'm assuming due to short staff. The drive thru is open during days and the staff is very friendly. My burgers were not soggy and the fries and chicken rings were nice and hot!"
