"Picked up pasta n cake. They just forgot to supply utensils for the pasta. We had to make it work when we arrived for our gathering.... But as always. Cake was super moist, and it was my first time ordering the pasta. And it was pretty good. Thank you."

"It's a portillos! If you haven't been, it's worth the stop! Decent Italian beef, but not the most flavorful. Great fries in my opinion. Love the crunch. Burgers and hot dogs are decent, but not particularly special. All together a fine place to grab food with family. One downside. I've never had a big order they didn't screw up in at least one way. If you get takeout, check inside all your bags and identify the food. 10% of items will be wrong in some way."

"This is a great Portillo's with a fast drive-thru. The italian beef is alright, but the Beef 'n Cheddar croissant is where it's at! And don't sleep on the charbroiled bacon cheeseburger, it's awesome. Their chocolate cake is extra moist because they use mayonnaise (yeah really!) which if you think about it, is really just emulsified egg & oil. The seasonal lemon cake and strawberry shortcake are fantastic, too!"

"It was a Saturday night around 9:00 I waited 15 minutes from my food meet was cold and hard. Shake was excellent fries were good but the burger and lack of it being done correctly and the fact that it was cold and hard ruin my mail. Usually I complain to the manager if something like this happens but I had a very long taxing day and I was just done."
