Panera Bread

"So I walked in at 9:55 a.m., and only one spinach artichoke souffle was left. Whew, I'd made it, or so I thought. This couple in front of me took their sweet time ordering everything got darn thing on the menu, it seemed. Thankfully, they didn't order the one thing I wanted. I get up to order, placed my order, and proceeded to pay. All of a sudden, another employee cones up, grabs my Souffle, the last one, and claims someone on line ordered it. Why is a faceless person on line more important than the customer standing right in front of you? Both employees stand there looking at me with a too-bad-so-sad, sorry-not-sorry expression, and not one of them offers me something else for the breakdown in service. I ask them if they can heat up more. They just say "NO they're out!" I expect better from Panera. This would not happen at Starbucks! DO better!"

"I have ordered this sandwich a lot over the years. I was very disappointed to find they made the sandwich with the ends of the bread loaf. Once you get it home you know you’re going to eat it rather than return it. I guess quality control is going down hill. The problem is that this is supposed to be the highest quality. It’s not! Too bad. Time to find another sandwich place."

"Tried the new ham & Gouda sub. meat portion is too small. I won’t mind paying more for a better version. The green papaya tea is refreshing, not too sweet. BTW I am taking a short break from local causal eats review"

"Food is always tasty here and they do let you know when ordering if they are out of an ingredient and what they can substitute it with. Staff is polite and they will go through your order to make sure they got it right. Their bread is to die for. If dining in, jeep in mind that it is kind of cramped and does not have a bug capacity. They try to keep it clean but will clean the table right away if your wish is to sit somewhere that has not been cleaned yet. Also, every time I have been here, there is always boxes and chairs around so it is difficult to move around the place. Overall it's a nice location."
