"Went thru drive thru and the young man who took my order was so polite and patient. We only ordered curly fries and he asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they had and they have a lot. He could tell I was undecided and gave us a sampling to try all of them. Curly fries are so good they don't really need condiments but I love condiments so I'm excited to try them!"

"Save your money!! I ordered the smoked brisket sandwich meal with curly fries and a coke. I also ordered the mac n cheese bites. Total cost for this meal was $18.48. Overall experience was less than satisfying. The brisket sandwich was ok, but the meat was cold. The curly fries tasted like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite awhile. The mac n cheese bites were by far the biggest waste of money. They were 4 pcs for $4.29. When they came out with the rest of my food, the exterior looked like they had been sitting in the fryer way too long, almost appearing charred. Taste wasn’t much better. You couldn’t taste the mac n cheese because of the overcooked exterior. This is definitely the last time I will be frequenting Arby’s. The food quality has gone down over the years and it shows. This particular location is located smack dab in the middle of a busy suburb of Chicago and during my visit, not a single customer came in after me. That says a lot in my opinion."

"My son absolutely loves their chicken and curly fries. I had not been there since high school, but he was asking for good French fries, so I remembered Arby's. Now he is hooked. Between the fries, the chicken, and now the jamocha shake, he has a new favorite place!"

"I'll never forgive Arby's for dropping Mt. Dew, and then they dropped potato cakes too. I go a ton less now on principle. But if you're going to go, this one is a great one. New so it's clean and in great shape. The staff is almost always super friendly which stands out in fast food."
