"I loved talking to Char (one of the workers) when I did go there. Also I used to love their burgers. They do have good fries and onion rings. However, my last time going there the manager made my burger. He wasn't friendly, I waited a long time to get it and I wasn't satisfied at all. In addition to that I didn't even receive any condiments. When I went back inside and went to the bar area no one approached me. I had to walk to the back to talk to Char again while the manager was just staring at me. On top of that, my burger wasn't even hot, it was just warm. Due to their poor service, I won't be back."
"My wife and I finally got a chance to check out Gustos, we had a blast. Everyone was extremely friendly from the staff to the patrons. Drinks were good and the food was fabulous. Definitely recommend the flat burgers. Their wings, are the best around, finally found wings that taste like they do in Western NY. They seem to always have something going on and their prices are unbeatable. We will definitely be back."
