"Called beforehand about the footlong cookies since the app doesn’t show it. Literally walk in and told that they’re frozen and can’t get one for at least two hours or whatever absurd amount of time. What’s the point of calling? Person who said sorry that they checked afterwards made it still a moot point to not check beforehand."

"I ordered a Foot long and Soup at subway today. an employee gave me Foot long and that was ok, but Soup was stale, she emptied the soup container and gave left over and filled half cup of soup and gave it to me. I came home and when I was having lunch after 5 min that time, I noticed my soup was stale and color of the soup was dark brown then I called them, and the girl over the phone agreed for its refund. After my lunch (with in 30 min from order) i reached there with stale soup and she (with and 2 employees) found it is stale, and she said they cannot refund the soup. I said give me store credit I'll use it next time, but she said she cannot give that too. Then I said throw that in garbage and she said OK and then I left the store. Very Bad customer service from the employees of this subway, I'll not go on this subway again. I used to go to this subway from past 10 year but not anymore."

"Called to find out if they were open and the guy answered the phone “hello”. I had to ask if I was calling subway. When I did the employee sounded annoyed. VERY unprofessional. I asked about the buy one get one half off promo and he answered my question, but he sounded half asleep or like I was inconveniencing him. It’s 11 am. When I said thanks he said “yeah”. Really? Now I don’t want to eat there. Someone needs to teach this guy how to use the phone and some manners."

"Came in here tonight to get some cookies, it was probably about 30 minutes to closing time. To my surprise, they had the RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE cookie I’ve been looking for, for years!! I haven’t seen them at any Subway in A very long time. It’s my favorite cookie and they only had one so I got it and five other cookies. However, my experience there was displeasing to say the least. The young man working inside the store acted like he had a stank attitude. Maybe he had a bad day, but as a former Subway employee over 8 years ago, I always treated the customers with respect and with a great attitude. Maybe your employees should work on that. Still happy I got my cookie though! 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️"
