"I went through the drive-through wanting a double whopper and a jr whopper, while they did get the it right, They did not get the whopper right as I requested, Just Ketchup and cheese For my son. But they put every topping, I did not check after I got it, because I had ordered from here before. I recommend this place gets new management, as this service is not the greatest."

"I usually don’t complain. I went there on 11/2/20 around 9:00pm. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese heavy all with NO tomatoes. I informed twice and when the young man handed me my order. Well I get home and my sandwich is loaded with tomatoes. I noticed on the wrapping that it was crossed out no tomatoes. Ok they made a mistake which could have cost my husband life. I called asked to speak to the manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He told me I didn’t need his name. He hung up the phone. I went back and asked for the manager and asked the your man the manager name. The manager can to the window still refused to give his name. I have them their food back and requested my money back. He did not apologize for the mistake. I normally order from there with no issues but never again"
