"It's our first time tryung Rosati's pizza and I gotta say that the pizza's really good! I did a mobile order and the transaction was pretty smooth, but it would only take American credit cards. Would be nice if it also take other credit cards. Aside from that, I gotta commend the excellent customer service! We went there March 4th at around 1:30 pm and the one in the cashier, I didn't get her name. She was really nice and had a happy personality, very approachable, and know the products so well. Wish all food places in iL would be like this cos it really gives customers a positive experience. Kudos to the one in the cashier! They're very lucky to have you there!"
"This is the only store I get my pizza from I travel from Downers Grove because it's so good and the wings are amazing. The staff is awesome and friendly. The manger Jesse is so professional and helpful."
"We love the food here. It is always really good. However we have more than once had missing food or an order never being started when we go to pick it up at the pick-up time. This time the food was listed as delivered online but it was never delivered. We ended up having to wait for them to remake and redeliver the food and got our order over an hour later. Furthermore we didn’t receive any refund, just hassle."
"I placed an online order to pick up. It was so good that my grandson and I were eating some in the car. It was made exactly how I like it! Good amount of sauce and made quickly. We got there early & waited a few minutes, but as soon as it was done, the man brought it out. He was a very nice guy. Even checked with the cook to see how long it would be. Best experience I've had in a while from a pizza place! Sorry I can't post any pictures of my pizza. It was all eaten. Lol"
"The pizza was delivered hot, which is always a good thing! My only complaint is that it’s a little too salty for my taste, but the other seasonings were tasty. I’m old-school, so call instead of ordering online, and the service is always excellent and friendly."
