Denny's

"Waiting a very long time for food. So I cannot rate the food yet. Ok received the food 1hr after order. My food was very good, my wife 's was "ok" but neither was hot. My toast was room temperature."

"Good Evening, I would like to take time to thank this Denny's in Hanover Park ILL on lake st, for always creating a great experience. Sasha, whom is often our server, continues to provide outstanding service. My Family and I eat at this particular location at least two to three times per month. Denny's (Hanover park location )have become our choice of eatery, after a long afternoon of shopping. Sasha smile, great service, warm kindness, knowledge of menu and great recommendations, keeps us coming back. My family and I truly appreciate the hospitality and great atmosphere that we receive each and every time we come into this Denny's location. We will continue to keep this location as part of our after shopping eatery routine. THANK'S TO THE ENTIRE team/staff and RICARDO. Keep up the great service. "This place is disgusting! No quality control whatsoever! I just place an order 11/08/23, and whoever had those long acrylic nails that packed my food, shame on you! You left it on my pancakes!!! I will never ever look at this place ever again!!!!!!"

"The food was good. The service was good but the drinks were horrible, the lemonades were below average, the soda was completely flat with no carbonation. The host sat on her personal phone up against the counter facing the kitchen for 15 min after we walked in while we waited, then hand motioned us 3 people and walked us to the table while still on her phone, giving us no other attention, then said said thank you even thought we said nothing to her and this is not the first that she has done this. And there is no manager in sight to speak to. The hostess needs more training because hosting doesn't seem to be for her. No one greeted us when we walked in."

"DESERVES ZERO STARS I originally ordered a fried chicken burger with seasoned fries. I got a meat burger with wavy cut fries. Server argued saying what I was given were seasoned fries. I came here last time and I got seasoned fries & weren’t the ones I received this time I went. The server never came by I waited an hour for him to pass by he was too busy talking. He did come by and gave me the fried Chicken burger. The manager did lower it down the price i gave him $35 since it was originally $33 but then it changed to $28. He put that I paid $30. And kept the $5 at that point I was so done with the horrible service & just wanted to leave. I do regret not saying anything about the $5 since he did not deserve it at all. Horrible service. I hope never to receive this service ever again. EDIT: I ORDERED THROUGH MOBILE AND SOME HOW THE SEASONED FRIES ARE SEASONED FRIES. THAT WORKER NEEDS RE TRAINING"
