"The employees were extremely rude and ignorant. I got a veggie sandwich and asked the employee to use a new knife as they were cutting meat sandwiches with the existing knife. The employee got visibly annoyed with my request and used a new knife. After we paid for the order, she decided to inform me that the baja chipotle sauce at subway has anchovies, which is inaccurate according to subway’s website. The man who rang up our order was also extremely rude. Overall, they are not knowledgeable about their own food, rude, and honestly don’t respect basic dietary restrictions. They clearly need more training!"

"I visited in person to have the sub sandwiches made. I asked them for extra banana peppers and onions a total of 3 times... The older lady hands were very skimpy on ingredients otherwise. To top it off they they didn't accept my buy one get one free coupon. Their excuse was "We'd lose a lot of money". A regular coupon, the sandwiches were not even foot long pros. Clear sign that this restaurant prefers it's bottom line over customer happiness. Will not be back"
