"Want cold food come here after I always tell them I want it fresh they make me wait just to get old food this is ridiculous these employees need to be retrained So I asked the cashier why he gave me a cold sandwich he said he doesn’t work in the kitchen !!! This place is going down hill nothing but cold fries cold food if it’s old throw it out why give to repeat customers You must tell them in punctuation cause they have headphones on listening to music and can’t hear you correctly Be careful with old Mexican lady she doesn’t care what you say gives you old fries every time"

"If I had the option, I would not rate this Wendy’s any stars. The lady that took my order was amazing and made my night great! However there was a very rude manager with long hair and I believe an eyebrow piercing. I didn’t get any names but, after ordering I had upgraded my drink and fries to a large and was then given a small. I went back in and got yelled at with a friend for asking to get my rightfully ordered item that I had paid for. He yelled due to the fact that weren’t even supposed to be inside although it was not my fault that the doors were unlocked and it wasn’t clear that the lobby was closed. I was extremely frustrated and shocked that this was what had happened and that a manager had yelled at me and a friend for something we couldn’t control. We were then told to go back into the drive thru and after doing so he said we had to pay again after already paying and not receiving the item we had ordered. And he threw a fit and had an attitude and even yelled at the kind lady that did nothing wrong who took my order. I will not return to this Wendy’s with this horrible service from the manager of all people. Shoutout to the lady that took my order and was extremely nice! I hope she is recognized for this behavior she was working at 10 pm on the 21st of October and deserves a raise!"
