"Horrible customer service. I get the fact that it is hard to find people these days especially for food service. But, when customer’s walk in there has to be some kind of acknowledgement. The food was fine but, I paid to get 3 extra sauces and this is what they game me! I combined all three and it still didn’t fill one. If you are going to charged me $1.25 per cu they need to be full!! Really disappointing"
"I been Hear in Bartlett so long that I can remember when they had the other little Caesars over in the Bartlett Mall by Mia Pizza Restaurant. Think that was 1992. Now They Made Good Pizza. I was going to try and franchise a drive thru if City of Bartlett is Zone on Bartlett and 59 cause I know something coming in on that corner soon. Seen this build up so many years ago. Sad"
"I believe the issues are from lack of adequate training provided to staff. The employees were trying their best, but you could tell they struggled with managing the tech and needed more training to be successful. I really wanted to give this location a chance despite the terrible reviews, however we ordered a veggie pizza and when we got home saw they added sausage to the pizza. This is after our pre-order pizza took way longer than what the app predicted. Make sure to check your order before leaving. Hopefully the location gets better with time, until then we'll be sticking with our usual location."
"No way will I go back. It not even the quality or taste, The owner of this place must have some issues. 5 meat Pizza $16.00... First off why would i go here when I can go to any other Pizza Place in Bartlett for better pizza for that price. Then you have other locations: Hanover Park has the same 5 meat for $9.50. Think about that, I love to support the Bartlett Business, but not owners like this. I give this place 6 months before it closes, I think the owner underestimates how Bartlett Community works."
"This new location is more expensive than ANY other Little Caesars in the area. I didn't realize until after I checked out. The $6 pizzas are $7.50 here. The $4 crazy bread is $5 here. The $.60 garlic sauce is $1.25 here. I asked why and the manager said they make their own prices since they're a privately owned store and not corporate. Besides the pricing, the crazy bread was okay. Pizzas had more sauce than cheese on it."
